CLUB UNIFORM, BRANDING, AND LOGO POLICY
In an effort to consistently brand, improve and properly market W&H AMERICA, its programs and events as well as maintain a consistent appearance and comply with our sponsorship agreements the following policies will be put into effect beginning August 1, 2016. Use of Martin United Soccer Club’s brand(s), name(s), affiliation(s), dba’s and logo(s) without the written consent of the Martin United Soccer Club dba W&H AMERICA Board of Directors is prohibited.

Uniforms cannot be altered in any way or supplemental pieces / colors added to the W&H AMERICA approved Uniform Kits for any of our programs. This includes, but is not limited to, Game Uniforms, Training Uniforms, Warm-Up Uniforms and Backpacks / Bags. To facilitate Player safety, visible Player names may not be added to the approved Uniforms or Uniform Kits without the approval of the W&H AMERICA Board of Directors. Only the recreational program allows for sponsorship printing on the club’s game day clothing for the entire seasonal, annual program or by individual teams within those programs.

Sponsor logo(s) and / or recreational uniform space may not be offered to any sponsor or potential sponsor without the authorization of the W&H AMERICA Board of Directors. If you have found a sponsor that is interested in supporting W&H AMERICA, they must contact the Treasurer and or the club Sponsorship Coordinator to discuss sponsorship packages. The club has separate packages for its recreational, academy, competitive and TOPSoccer programs. They will then initiate the approval process as laid out in the Sponsorship Pack.

Authentic Soccer are the only authorized retailers that are permitted to add any W&H AMERICA logo(s) to existing uniforms.

Use of or reference to any W&H AMERICA name(s), description(s), logo(s), nick names or any other Club recognizable branding on fundraising flyers, advertising, apparel, products or any other materials must be submitted to W&H AMERICA for approval. All non-fundraising related requests must be submitted in writing to the attention of our Sponsorship Commissioner. That individual will then initiate the approval process with the W&H AMERICA Board of Directors. All fundraising related requests must be submitted in writing to the attention of the Sponsorship Coordinator for approval.

If a member in good standing seeks to use or reference any W&H AMERICA name(s), description(s), logo(s) or any other Club recognizable branding for any reason, it must be approved by the W&H AMERICA’s Board of Directors. This includes, but is not limited to, adding any W&H AMERICA’s name(s), description(s), logo(s) or any other Club recognizable branding to t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, game gear, practice gear or any other merchandise. The W&H AMERICA’s logo(s), name(s) or any other Club recognizable branding may not be used to imply affiliation with or endorsement by W&H AMERICA without the written consent from the W&H AMERICA’s Board of Directors.
