Teams are accepted on a rolling basis beginning December 14, 2026, and continuing until the event reaches capacity. We strongly encourage early application, as this event may sell out before the registration deadline on December 28, 2026. Conditional acceptance may be provided, pending team housing arrangements through Pellucid Team Housing.

A $20.00 GotSport Software Fee will be added to the final amount for both credit card and check payments.
Credit Card Payments: Credit card payments will be charged upon acceptance. Teams registering after November 29, 2026, will only be accepted for credit card payments.
Check Payments: Check payments are to be made out to “W&H America” and mailed to the following address no later than December 31, 2026 (Please include team name as it appears in GotSport and include a copy of your GotSport invoice):

STAY TO PLAY HOUSING
Sailfish Cup works closely with Pellucid Team Housing to source the best hotels and contract with a variety of hotels to fit all accommodations. Pellucid requests to work with a wide variety of lodging partners in order to secure excellent rates for all of our teams.
This event has a Stay-to-Play policy for all attendees/groups in need of hotels. This is in order to ensure that the hotels, cities, and counties are assured that the discounts they offer are used.
Pellucid Team Housing works closely with our lodging partners to track team reservations, ensure there are enough rooms, and secure excellent rates for all teams attending each event. They are committed to working with tournaments around the world to provide a high-quality travel and lodging experience that fits the individual needs of each team attending.

How much does it cost to attend?
U9-U10 + U9 Futures (U8 7v7): $600 before Nov 29, $650 after Nov 29
U11-U12 + U11 Futures (U10 9v9): $700 before Nov 29, $750 after Nov 29
U13-U19 + U13 Futures (U12 11v11): $800 before Nov 29, $850 after Nov 29

Do I have to pay when I register?
No, you do not have to pay right when you register. At the end of registration, you will have the option to pay by credit card or pay by check. If you need time to collect money from your parents, choose to pay by check to reserve your spot and pay later. All payments must be completed by December 31, 2026 to ensure your spot in this event.

Brackets will be released on January 5, 2027, and finalized on January 8, 2027. Schedules will be released on January 12, 2027, and finalized on January 15, 2027.

How does team check-in work?
Team Check-In is completed ONLINE. The deadline to complete online check-in is January 18, 2027, and event rosters will freeze on January 22, 2027 at 5:00 PM ET.
